Joined DMS, Inc. in 2012 as its Operations Director after a 30-year professional career at Arthur Andersen & Co. and Xerox Corporation.  At Xerox, Mr. Morales was in charge of multiple sales and marketing management assignments in the US, Latin America and the Caribbean.  He retired from Xerox in 2011 after 28 years of which 21 were in management positions. Mr. Morales’ last position at Xerox Corporation was that of General Manager – Public Sector for Puerto Rico. He is a graduate of Florida International University’s College of Business with a BA in Business Management, and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA); as well as an Executive Certificate in Advanced Negotiations from the University of Notre Dame.
